Bente van Doorn is an experienced litigation lawyer and specializes in the field of contract law, liability law and international private law. Bente advises and litigates for (international) companies in various sectors within the manufacturing industry, including electronics, construction, retail and the creative industry. 

Bente has extensive experience in national and international commercial (trade) disputes. These disputes may concern an agreement , product liability or other (professional) liabilities.

As a litigation lawyer, Bente conducts legal proceedings before all (civil) courts in the Netherlands. Bente also assists companies as an arbitration lawyer for various arbitration institutes, such as the NAI or the Council of Arbitration in construction disputes.

Before Bente worked in the legal profession, she worked as an in-house counsel at various companies. Because of this experience, Bente knows the importance of a lawyer who unburdens and provides clarity. Bente therefore likes to act as an (easily approachable) sparring partner, so that entrepreneurs can focus on what they like to do most: entrepreneurship.
